The MongoDB Analytics Studio desktop application is free and open-source under the MIT License.
This refund policy applies to optional paid plans — including Pro subscriptions, priority support packages, and any add-on services purchased through our website.
1. Scope
This policy governs refunds for purchases made directly from infinityriser.com or any official MongoDB Analytics Studio sales channel operated by InfinityRiser ("we", "us", "our"). It does not apply to:
- Third-party LLM API charges (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) — those are billed by, and refundable only through, the respective provider.
- MongoDB Atlas or other database hosting fees you pay to a separate vendor.
- Purchases made through a reseller, app marketplace, or enterprise procurement contract — those follow the terms of the specific agreement.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase, no questions asked, subject to the conditions in Section 4.
- The 7-day window starts at the time the payment is successfully captured.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
3. Subscription Renewals
For monthly or annual subscriptions:
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Once a renewal charge has been processed, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Pro-rata refunds for partially used subscription periods are not offered, except as required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
4. Conditions and Exceptions
The following purchases are not eligible for refund:
- Custom development, integration, or consulting work that has already been delivered or commenced.
- One-time perpetual license fees more than 7 calendar days after purchase.
- Volume or enterprise license purchases governed by a separate signed agreement.
- Charges resulting from misuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Any portion of a payment already refunded, charged back, or disputed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email admin@infinityriser.com from the address associated with the purchase. Please include:
- Your order or invoice number
- The email used at checkout
- The reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond within two (2) business days and complete approved refunds within seven (7) business days of approval.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks raised before contacting us may result in immediate suspension of the associated account and forfeit your eligibility for a refund under this policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of a paid plan after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
