"Service" means the MongoDB Analytics Studio desktop application (the "App"), this website at infinityriser.com, and any paid plans, support packages, or hosted features we offer in connection with the App.
The App connects to MongoDB databases you control and uses large language models (LLMs) of your choice to translate natural-language questions into MongoDB aggregation pipelines that the App then executes on your behalf, in read-only mode.
The App is open-source software released under the MIT License. Subject to that license, you may use, copy, modify, and distribute the App. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted to you under the MIT License with respect to the source code.
The trademarks, logos, branding, and website content remain our property and are not licensed under the MIT License.

Some features may be offered as paid plans (e.g., Pro, Team, Enterprise). Pricing, billing terms, and feature inclusions are shown at the point of purchase. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.
We may change pricing for new subscription periods; existing renewals at the prior price will be honored through the current billing period.
The App integrates with third-party services including LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models), MongoDB clusters, and crash-reporting services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services, and your use of them is governed by their respective agreements.
Except for the App source code (covered by the MIT License) and content you provide, all intellectual property in the Service — including the website, documentation, branding, and proprietary modules of any paid tier — is owned by InfinityRiser or its licensors.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI-GENERATED PIPELINES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF ERROR, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITYRISER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to paid features at any time for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 through 10 — will survive.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
